摘要 目的:探讨术前疼痛教育对骨科患者术后生理功能及情绪的影响。方法:收治骨科手术患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用口头健康教育,观察组采用术前疼痛教育,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组首次下床时间、术后住院天数、24 h睡眠时间和SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前疼痛教育可明显缓解骨科患者术后焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。 Objective:To explore the effect of preoperative pain education on postoperative physiological function and emotion of patients in department of orthopedics.Methods:80 patients with orthopedic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given oral health education.The observation group was given preoperative pain education.We compared the intervention effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the first getting out of bed time,postoperative hospital stay,24 hours sleep time and SAS,SDS score were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative pain education can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients in department of orthopedics.
