糖尿病专科护理门诊在糖尿病健康教育中的作用研究

Study on the effect of diabetes specialist nursing clinic in diabetes health education

目的:评估糖尿病专科护理门诊在糖尿病健康教育中的作用。方法:收治糖尿病患者168例,分为试验组与对照组,各84例。对照组给予治疗护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予糖尿病专科门诊护理,比较两组患者治疗达标比例与血糖指标。结果:试验组的运动治疗、血糖检测、饮食调节与规避不良生活方式患者达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病专科护理门诊给予患者全面系统的健康教育,并进行完善的自我管理,为患者建立独立的护理档案,对患者进行定期随访,可以显著控制患者血糖,提高患者的自我管理能力。

Objective:To evaluate the role of diabetes specialist nursing clinic in diabetes health education.Methods:168 patients with diabetes were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 84 cases.The control group was given treatment nursing.The experimental group was given diabetes specialist clinic nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance ratio and blood glucose index were compared between groups.Results:The success rate proportions of exercise treatment,blood glucose detection,dietary regulation and avoiding unhealthy lifestyle in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diabetes specialist nursing clinic,comprehensive and systematic health education for patients,perfect self management,establish independent nursing records for patients,and regular follow-up of patients can significantly control the blood glucose and improve self management ability of patients.
