摘要
目的:探讨索前列醇的药理作用及其临床应用效果。方法:收治产后出血患者80例,对照组给予缩宫素止血法,试验组采用米索前列醇止血。结果:试验组应用效果与治疗满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇治疗产后出血能够减少出血量,缩减出血时间。
Objective:To study the pharmacological and clinical effect of misoprostol.Methods:80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected.Patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin hemostasis,and oxytocin were given in the experimental group.Results:The application effect and treatment satisfaction in the experimental group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the bleeding time.
