即刻乳房再造在乳腺癌手术患者中的运用价值

The value of immediate breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨即刻乳房再造在乳腺癌手术患者中的运用价值。方法:收治乳腺癌患者108例。随机分为观察组和对照组各54例。观察组在乳腺癌改良根治术后行即刻乳房再造,对照组在根治术后行延期乳房再造术。结果:观察组治疗优良率和治疗满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于延期乳房再造,即刻乳房再造改善乳腺癌根治术患者治疗有效率,提升患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective:To evaluate the value of immediate breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer.Methods:108 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy,while the control group was treated with delayed breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy.Results:The excellent rate of treatment and treatment satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with delayed breast reconstruction,immediate breast reconstruction can improve the effectiveness of breast cancer patients with radical mastectomy,improve patient satisfaction with treatment.
