两种测眼压方法在青光眼患者临床治疗中的应用分析

Application analysis of two kinds of intraocular pressure measurement methods in the clinical treatment of glaucoma patients

目的:探讨两种测眼压法在青光眼患者中的临床效果。方法:将40例青光眼患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组使用压平式眼压计,观察组在对照组的基础上使用非接触眼压计,比较两组的测试效果。结果:观察组的总有效率和临床满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在青光眼患者中,非接触眼压计测量效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of two kinds of intraocular pressure measurement methods in glaucoma patients.Methods:40 cases of glaucoma patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given applanation tonometer,and the observation group was given non contact tonometer on the basis of the control group.The test results were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate and clinical satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the glaucoma patients,the non- contact tonometer measurement effect is significant.
