摘要
目的:探讨院前急救对急诊颅脑创伤患者的影响。方法:收治颅脑创伤患者84例,随机分为试验组与对照组各41例。对照组不给予院前急救处理,试验组给予院前急救处理。结果:试验组患者死亡率明显低于对照组。结论:对颅脑创伤患者给予及时有效的院前急救处理,能有效提高患者生存率,降低患者死亡率,提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of pre hospital emergency treatment on patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:84 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group without pre hospital emergency treatment,while in the experimental group was given pre hospital emergency treatment.Results:The mortality rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Giving timely and effective pre hospital emergency treatment on patients with traumatic brain injury can improve the survival rate of patients effectively,reduce mortality and improve patient outcomes.
