榄香烯注射液联合长春瑞滨+顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical curative effect of elemene injection combined with vinorelbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨榄香烯注射液联合长春瑞滨+顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法:收治晚期NSCLC患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组给予长春瑞滨+顺铂化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合榄香烯注射液。结果:观察组CBR较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组中位TTP显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:榄香烯注射液联合长春瑞滨+顺铂化疗治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效优于单纯化疗。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of elemene injection combined with vinorelbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:70 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given vinorelbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy,and the treatment group were given elemene injection combined with vinorelbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy.Results:Compared with the control group,the CBR of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The median TTP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elemene injection combined with vinorelbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has better effect than using chemotherapy alone.
