流动树脂应用于畸形中央尖防治的疗效分析

Curative effect of application of flowable resin in the prevention and treatment of abnormal central cusp

目的:探讨流动树脂应用于畸形中央尖预防性填充治疗的效果。方法:收治畸形中央尖患者84例(患牙126颗),随机分为研究组和参照组,研究组采用流动树脂行封闭治疗,参照组采用多次少量磨除畸形中央尖治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组的总有效率和满意度均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:流动树脂应用于畸形中央尖预防性填充治疗的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of application of flowable resin in the prevention and treatment of abnormal central cusp.Methods:84 patients(126 teeth) with abnormal central cusp were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated with flowable resin for blocking therapy.The control group was treated with grinding small abnormal central cusp in many times.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency and satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of application of flowable resin in the prevention and treatment of abnormal central cusp was significant.
