输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的比较

Comparison of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi

目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:收治输尿管结石患者40例,分为对照组和观察组各20例。观察组给予输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗;对照组给予输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数均小于对照组;观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石,不仅疗效显著,而且术后并发症发生概率较低。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy in thet reatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:40 patients with ureteral calculi were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope;while in the control group were treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Results:The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi has significant curative effect,and it also has low incidence of postoperative complications.
