某精神科病区暴发疥疮感染的流行病学调查与控制对策分析

Epidemiological investigation and control countermeasure analysis of scabies infection outbreak in a psychiatric ward

目的:讨论精神科病区暴发疥疮感染的流行病学调查和控制对策。方法:对感染病例进行流行病学调查,查找传染源,筛检病例,分析资料;制定防控对策;监测新发病例,评价防控效果。结果:"湿疹"患者为感染源,13例为获得性感染者。制定防治隔离措施后患者痊愈。结论:该疥疮感染为院内感染暴发。及时会诊、正确诊断、有效隔离与治疗,是控制疥疮流行的有效措施。

Objective:To discuss on the epidemiological investigation and control countermeasure of scabies infection outbreak in a psychiatric ward.Methods:The infected cases were given epidemiological investigation,to find out the infection source,to screen the cases,to analyze the data,to formulate the prevention and control measures,to monitor the new cases and to evaluate the effect of prevention and control.Results:The eczema patients were the infection source,13 cases were acquired infection.The patients were cured after the establishment of prevention and quarantine measures.Conclusion:The scabies infection is nosocomial outbreak.The timely consultation,correct diagnosis and effective isolation treatment are the effective measures to control the epidemic scabies.
