手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤的疗效分析

Surgical treatment on oral and maxillofacial tumors

目的:探讨手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤的效果。方法:收治口腔颌面部肿瘤患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组给予放射治疗,观察组给予手术治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤的临床效果较为显著,且治疗安全性高,可改善预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods:64 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given radiation therapy,while in the observation group were given surgical treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment on oral and maxillofacial tumors has significant clinical effect.It has high safety,and it also can improve the prognosis.
