自拟天女木兰方与针灸治疗高血压的临床疗效对比

Compared the effect of self-made Tiannvmulan prescription with acupuncture therapeutic in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨自拟天女木兰方免煎颗粒剂治疗高血压的疗效。方法:收治高血压患者60例。治疗组30例,给予自拟天女木兰方免煎颗粒剂治疗;对照组30例,运用针灸治疗。结果:治疗组总体疗效、主症改善、平稳降压、改善肾功能、降低24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟天女木兰方免煎颗粒剂具有升清降浊、平肝潜阳、滋补肝肾、平稳降压、保护靶器官的作用,是治疗高血压的有效方法。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of self-made Tiannvmulan prescription in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:60 cases of hypertension were selected.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-made Tiannvmulan prescription;and 30 cases of the control group were treated with acupuncture.Results:The total curative effect of the treatment group,the improvement of the main symptoms,stable blood pressure,improve renal function,reduce 24h urinary albumin excretion rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Tiannvmulan prescription has effect on ascending the clear and descending the turbid,calming liver suppressing yang,nourishing liver and kidney,stable blood pressure,target organ protection effect.It is an effective method for the treatment of hypertension.
