血细胞形态学检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of morphological examination of blood cells in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases

目的:探讨血细胞形态学检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治患儿130例,均行血细胞形态学检验,观察检验结果。结果:130例患者中,85例(65.4%)存在异常,分别为小细胞性贫血27例(20.8%)、感染24例(18.5%)、异型淋巴细胞增多34例(26.2%)。结论:血细胞形态学检验在儿科疾病诊断中的应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application value of morphological examination of blood cells in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases.Methods:130 patients with morphological examination of blood cells were selected,and we observed the test results.Results:In the 130 patients,85 cases(65.4% ) had abnormal,including small cell anemia in 27 cases(20.8% ),infection in 24 cases(18.5%),abnormal lymphocyte increased in 34 cases(26.2%).Conclusion:The application value of morphological examination of blood cells in the diagnosis of pediatric diseases was significant.
