脑挫裂伤不同时段CT复查的影像对比分析

Comparative analysis of CT images in different periods of brain contusion and laceration

目的:探讨脑挫裂伤不同时段CT复查的影像对比分析。方法:收治脑挫裂伤患者68例,对比2次或多次CT复查的影像学变化。结果:首次检查50例(73.5%)存在挫裂伤征象;第二次CT复查16例(23.5%)出现挫裂伤征象;第三次复查5例(11.6%)出现病变,水肿明显加重,10例(23.3%)病变区水肿明显加重。结论:通过多次CT复查可准确判断挫裂伤进展情况。

Objective:To explore the comparative analysis of CT images in different periods of brain contusion and laceration.Methods:68 patients with brain contusion and laceration were selected.We compared the imaging changes of CT images with 2 times or more.Results:For the first time,there were 50 cases(73.5%) with brain contusion and laceration.In the second CT review,there were 16 cases(23.5% ) with brain contusion and laceration.In the third review,5 cases(11.6% ) had lesions;the edema was significantly increased,in 10 cases(23.3%),and the lesions edema were aggravated.Conclusion:Repeated CT review can accurately determine the progress of contusion and laceration.
