How to do community nursing intervention on hypertension patients

目的:探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年高血压患者87例,将其分为对照组43例和观察组44例;对照组应用常规护理方式,观察组应用社区护理干预形式。结果:观察组护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者采用社区护理干预模式,能有效提升患者的生活质量,起到明显的降压作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the life quality of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:87 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 44 cases.The control group were treated with routine nursing care,and the observation group were treated with community nursing intervention.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community nursing intervention model can effectively improve the life quality of the elderly patients with hypertension and play a significant role in reducing blood pressure.
