延续性护理应用在改善老年跌倒患者生活质量中的效果分析

Continuous nursing on improving the life quality of elderly patients with falls

目的:探讨延续性护理在改善老年跌倒患者生活质量中的效果。方法:收治老年跌倒患者56例,按照患者出院先后分为甲组和乙组,各28例。甲组给予常规护理,乙组在常规护理的基础上给予延续性护理模式。结果:经护理后,两组老年患者生活质量评分均提升,其中乙组比甲组提升更明显,两组护理3个月时生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组护理评价满意度比甲组高(P<0.05)。结论:老年跌倒患者运用延续性护理能够改善其生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on improving the life quality of elderly patients with falls.Methods:56 elderly patients with fall were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group according to the discharge order,with 28 cases in each group.Patients in the A group were received routine care,while the B group were given continuous nursing mode based on routine nursing.Results:After nursing,life quality score of elderly patients in the two groups were improved,however in the A group improving more obviously than in the B group,and the difference in the quality of life score at 3 months was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction evaluation of the B group was higher than the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of continuous nursing care can improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of nursing care in elderly patients with falls.
