摘要
glucan is the main structure of the cell walls in baker’s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a naturalpolysaccharides with multiple bioactive and medicinal properties such as immune-stimulating, anti-inflammatory,anti-microbial, anti-infective and anti-tumoral[1]. Cumulative evidences have showed that yeast -glucan has a widely uses in functional food, medicine, cosmetic and chemical industry[2;3]. Since yeast -glucan have a worldwidely supplements in the western world, and the content is still limited in yeast cell wall, it highlight the importance of breeding high -glucan productivity S. Cerevisiae strains for industry production.
