3-49 Carbon Ions Induce Autophagy Effectively through Stimulating the Unfolded Protein Response and Subsequent Inhibiting Akt Phosphorylation in Tumor Cells 被引量:5

摘要 Because ER stress is one of the signaling pathways involved in the regulation of autophagy, we hypothesized that ER stress might also play an important role in radiation-induced autophagy. SHG44 and HeLa cells were irradiated with X-rays and carbon ions of 30 and 75 keV/m at 2 Gy. The expression levels of Bip, a major indicator of UPR, at 4 and 24 h post-irradiation are shown in Fig. 1(a) and (b) for SHG44 and HeLa cells, respectively.
