摘要
Live cell imaging has significantly changed our understanding to cell biology during the past 10 years. However, providing a suitable environment to keep cells heathy is still a challenge in live cell imaging experiments, and has great influence on the reliability of the experimental results. Many factors are needed to maintain cells healthy, such as temperature, pH, oxygen tension, CO2 and so on.
