摘要 Dielectronic recombination (DR) is a two-step resonance electron-ion collision process which can be utilized as a tool to measure precision spectroscopy for highly-charged ions (HCI). As a result, the isotope shift of highly-charged ions can be measured by the DR technique and the nuclear properties such as the change in the mean-square charge radius can be extracted from the isotope shift[1].
