Magnetic mass spectrometer electronics system is mainly read out 420 channels charge signal of the Faraday cup array detector. Each channel contains two ranges, and each channel can be arbitrary controlled to switch range.An effective measuring range from 100 fC to 100 pC is required, and linearity error is less than 3.6%.
