汉语语言学期刊与应用语言学发展论坛综述 被引量:1

摘要 “汉语语言学期刊与应用语言学发展论坛”于2016年12月10~12日在暨南大学华文学院召开。论坛围绕如何通过汉语语言学期刊促进汉语应用语言学发展、汉语语言学期刊如何面对新媒体挑战、期刊评价如何更好地服务于汉语语言学、汉语应用语言学发展等论题安排了主题发言;在专题讨论环节,与会专家交流了各自的办刊经验,对当前汉语语言学期刊界以及期刊评价领域存在的问题进行了批评与反思,展开了热烈讨论。会议提出,为了应对国际汉语教学持续走热而汉语应用语言学理论研究相对滞后的局面,要学习前人、外语界和外国的经验,做好汉语应用语言学基础研究;汉语语言学期刊要担负起服务国际汉语教学、振兴汉语应用语言学的使命;要结合各刊实际办刊,办刊应有高度的责任心、开阔的视野和胸襟;国际汉语教学界应该和外语教学界加强交流与合作;在新的形势下,要利用新媒体网络平台来促进汉语语言学期刊的发展;期刊评价要改变只有定量、罔顾定性,过分看重影响因子、导致语言学期刊“同质化”①等问题。 Chinese Linguistic Journal and Applied Linguistics Development Forum was held in Jinan University from December 10th to 12th, 2016. The focus of the forum keynote speeches are how Chinese linguistic journals better contribute to Chinese applied linguistics and face challenges from new media,and how evaluation of journal better serve Chinese linguistics and Chinese applied linguistics development. In panel discussions,participants shared experiences on running journals,offered heated criticism and reflection on problems in current Chinese linguistics journal community and evaluation of journals.The conference proposes:in order to deal with increasing popularity of international Chinese teaching but draggle researches in Chinese applied linguistics,experience from foregoers and overseas should be learned,and basic Chinese applied linguistics should be enhanced;Chinese linguistics journals should take up the mission in serving international Chinese education and promote Chinese applied linguistics; handling journals should be based on respective reality with higher responsibility,wide vision and broad mind; international Chinese education community should strengthen communication and cooperation with foreign language teaching community;under the new situation,internet based platform should be utilized to boost Chinese linguistic journals development; such evaluation criterion for journals as quantitative research over qualitative research,over-emphasis on impact factor should be changed to avoid journal homogenization.
