摘要
在由液化天然气转化为压缩天然气(LCNG)的加气站中,液化天然气(LNG)经过泵加压后,进入气化器升温为压缩天然气(CNG),此过程的冷能通常被直接释放到空气中,造成浪费。本文提出了一种适用于LCNG加气站的冷能利用装置,采用耐高压的绕管式换热器,以乙二醇水溶液为载冷剂的单级循环系统,将冷能传递给下游的蓄冰槽装置,最终冷能用于加气站的空调系统。文中分析选取了流程中的关键参数,并利用HYSYS软件模拟。根据模拟与市场调研的数据,对整个系统进行了经济性分析,进一步证明了系统的可行性。
In a fueling station which converts liquefied natural gas to compressed natural gas(LCNG),liquefied natural gas(LNG)is pressured by pump then heated by vaporizer to be compressed natural gas(CNG),the cold energy of which is usually released into the air.In the present study,a device of utilizing LNG cold energy of a LCNG station was presented,and it used coil-wound heat exchanger withstanding high pressure and water-ethylene glycol solution(EGS)as intermediate fluid to transfer cold energy to the ice storage tank in a single circulation.The cold energy was finally applied to the air conditioning system in the station.Some important parameters of the process were defined and simulated by HYSYS.Economic analysis of the whole process based on simulation and market investigation was performed to demonstrate the feasibility of the system.
