摘要
应用纤维素吸附法对60个稻瘟病菌株进行真菌病毒筛选,发现14个菌株含有ds RNA病毒。对带毒菌株GD45通过利巴韦林–高温结合方法得到衍生脱毒菌株GD45–4,与带毒菌株相比,其菌丝更为饱满、菌丝较直,在PDA平板上菌落形态显得更为蓬松,颜色偏白。推测菌株GD45 ds RNA病毒消除后会对其表现型产生一定影响。
In this study,we screened the presence of mycoviruses from a collection of60Magnaporthe oryzae(M.oryzae)strains using the cellulose chromatography method and found that14strains harbored dsRNAs.A virus–curing derivative strain GD45–4was obtained from the dsRNA–infecting strain GD45by high temperature–ribavirin combined virus–curing methods.When compared to the original strain GD–45,strain GD45–4showed a more full and straight hypha,and a whiter and fluffier colony morphology on PDA,indicating the elimination of dsRNAs affected the phenotype of strain GD45.
