摘要
从旅游纪念品在旅游商品消费中的重要地位出发,通过回顾近年来国内外学者对旅游纪念品消费的研究,以山东省泰安市旅游纪念品消费为例,对国内旅游者(散客)的旅游纪念品消费状况进行问卷调查.通过对问卷的整理、筛选和统计,对旅游者的旅游纪念品消费特征进行归纳分析,并运用主成分分析与模糊综合评判相结合的方法对旅游者消费满意度进行了研究,最后在综合分析的基础上,对提高旅游纪念品消费满意度进行分析并提出相应建议.
From souvenirs important role in the tourism commodity consumption by domestic and foreign scholarsin recent years,we spend on the souvenirs’recalled in Tai’an City souvenir consumption.For example,we conducta questionnaire survey for the domestic tourists consumption of souvenirs.Through questionnaires of sorting,filtering and statistics,this paper focuses on the consumption characteristics of tourist souvenirs with the inductiveanalysis and the principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combining consumersatisfaction of tourists.Based on the analysis,we improve the consumer satisfaction souvenirs analyze and make therecommendations accordingly.
