摘要
城市轨道交通隧道区间普遍采用上下行分离的单洞单线方案,单洞单线盾构外径尺寸为6.0~6.7 m,大直径盾构(刀盘开挖直径≥8 m)在城市轨道交通中应用案例较少。在铁路、公路、市政等领域,大直径盾构工程应用案例较多,甚至外径≥14 m的盾构实例在国内外已有多例。文章基于城市轨道交通几起单洞双线大直径盾构案例,对大直径盾构在城市轨道交通中的应用前景进行分析。
Urban rail transit section tunneling widely uses single tunnel and single track scheme to separate the down direction and up direction traffi c.Single tunnel for single track has outer diameter of 6.0~6.7 m, and the big diameter shield (the diameter of its cutter-head for excavation is more than 8 m) has a fewer cases in transit application. In the fields of railway, highway, and municipal facility projects,there are more cases of application in big diameter shielding projects, even outer diameter more than 14m has some examples at home and abroad. Based on the cases of single track and doubled track with big diameter of shielding projects in urban rail transit, this paper analyzes the application prospect of big diameter shielding in urban rail transit.
