吊挂设备对高速列车垂向舒适度影响 被引量:4

The Influence of Hanging Equipment on Vertical Comfort Index of High Speed Vehicles

摘要 为了研究设备的悬挂参数对车辆舒适度影响趋势,建立9自由度的车辆-设备刚柔耦合系统模型,得到车辆中部、构架上方三个参考点加速度频率响应函数表达式,推导了参考点的舒适度计算公式,结果表明:车辆速度对舒适度影响明显,舒适度指标随着车辆速度增加而增加,且在设备悬挂于车体中部时车体端部垂向舒适度比中部大。基于隔振理论选定设备悬挂频率研究范围为5 Hz^12 Hz,计算发现设备悬挂频率的变化对车体参考点舒适度影响较小。同时选定设备悬挂连接点位置到车体前端距离le1的变化范围为6.5 m^21 m,结果显示悬挂位置靠近车体中部时,车辆中部和构架上方舒适度均减小,车辆也能获得良好的乘坐舒适性。最后计算车辆时速为200 km/h时三个参考点的加速度有效值,发现构架上方加速度有效值略大于车体中部,且悬挂设备越靠近车体端部,车辆中部加速度有效值越大,这种现象在10 Hz以内最为明显,随着频率不断增大,不同悬挂位置对中部加速度有效值影响逐渐减小。 The9-DOF rigid-flexible coupling vehicle system is established to study the influence of suspensionparameters on the vehicle’s ride comfort.The expressions of frequency response function(FRF)of acceleration and the ridecomfort index at three reference points are obtained.The result shows that the vehicle’s speed has a great influence on theride comfort,and the comfort index increases along with the speed increasing.When the equipment is suspended at themiddle of the vehicle,the comfort index at the vehicle end is larger than that in the middle.According to vibration insulationtheory,the equipment hanging frequency range for the study is chosen to be5Hz-12Hz.It is found through the computationthat the hanging frequencies have little impact on the ride comfort.Afterwards,the distance from the suspension location ofthe equipment to the front end of the vehicle le1is chosen to be6.5m-21m,it is found that when the suspension location isapproaching the middle of the vehicle,the ride comfort indexes in the middle portion of the vehicle and above the bogiedecrease,and a good ride comfort is obtained for the vehicle.Finally,the RMS values of acceleration at the three referencepoints are calculated at the speed of200km/h.It is found that the RMS value above the bogie is slightly larger than that inthe middle of the vehicle.When the suspension location is approaching the ends of the vehicle,the RMS value in the middleportion of the vehicle increases.This phenomenon is obvious in the frequency range below10Hz.When the frequencyexceeds10Hz,the influence of the suspension location on the RMS of acceleration reduces gradually with the increasing ofthe frequency.
