摘要
结合声学分析软件建立高速列车加筋外地板结构有限元模型,研究阻尼材料对加筋外地板声辐射特性的影响,并探究面板厚度、结构阻尼系数和阻尼材料对外地板隔声量的影响。研究结果表明:敷设阻尼层能够有效抑制外地板的声辐射,但不是越厚越好;增加面板厚度及结构阻尼系数能够提高外地板的隔声量;阻尼层厚度存在临界值,此时外地板隔声量最大。加筋外地板敷设树脂类阻尼且增大结构阻尼系数,声学性能较理想。
The finite element model of reinforced outer floors in high-speed trains is established by means of acousticsoftware.The influence of damping material properties on the acoustic radiation characteristics of the outer floor structure isinvestigated.The influence of panel’s thickness,structural damping coefficient and damping material properties on soundtransmission loss of the outer floor is studied.The results demonstrate that the damping layer can effectively suppress thesound radiation of the outer floor.Increasing the panel’s thickness and structural damping coefficient can raise thetransmission loss of the floor.The damping layer thickness has a critical value for the maximum sound transmission loss ofthe floor.It is suggested that the resin damping material should be chosen so that the structure damping coefficient can beincreased for getting an ideal acoustic performance for the reinforced outer floors.
