摘要
发动机风扇是涡扇发动机最主要的噪声源之一,其产生的机理是气体在高速旋转的叶片之间流动,引起强烈的宽频噪声和单音噪声。利用Matlab软件编程实现Heidmann大风扇修正噪声模型,对某型大涵道比涡扇发动机风扇静态噪声进行预测。建立该发动机风扇噪声数据库,通过基于1/3倍频程频谱的声压级和感觉噪声级来分析噪声预测结果。
Engine fan is one of the main noise sources of the turbofan engine.Its noise is generally caused by theairflow through high speed rotating blades,which leads to strong broadband noise and tone noise.This paper focuses on thestatic noise prediction of turbofan engine fans.An improved Heidmann large fan noise model is established by means ofMatlab code,and used to predict fan’s static noise of a high bypass turbofan engine.The noise database of the engine fan isbuilt.The noise prediction results are analyzed according to the sound pressure level(SPL)and perceived noise level(PNL)based on1/3octave band.
