摘要
以普通石英砂为原料,通过微波打破石英砂结构去除羟基的过程。通过傅立叶红外光谱仪对羟基的含量进行测定,测量确定石英砂杂质的含量,通过透射电镜观察石英砂内部显微结构,观察羟基是否完全去除。研究结果表明,功率、时间均相同的条件下,温度在750℃时羟基的去除效果最好。
The ordinary quartz sand was used as raw material by breaking the structure of quartz sand by microwave.The process of removing hydroxyl from quartz sand was studied.The content of hydroxyl was determined by FT-IR,and the content of impurities in quartz sand was determined.The microstructure of quartz sand was observed by transmission electron microscope to observe whether the hydroxyl was completely removed.The results show that when the power and time are the same,the removal effect of hydroxyl is best when the temperature is750℃.
