油水井管件打捞工艺技术研究及应用

Study and Application of Oil-water Well Pipe Fitting Salvage Technology

针对油水井在运行过程中常见的井下落物管件,通过近三年的研究与应用,研制出修井新型套铣打捞筒、新型修井冲砂变径打捞矛、井下破损管材打捞器、强磁集屑装置等4项系列井下工具,配套形成了相应的打捞工艺技术。并通过实施缩短了修井工期,提高了生产时效,减轻了职工的劳动强度,并取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

In terms of the down-hole objects in the operating process of oil-water well,after nearly3years of study and application,we have developed4series of down-hole tools,like well-repairing new type of milling salvage sleeve,new type of well-repairing sandblasting diameterchanging salvage spear,down-hole broken pipes salvage device,strong magnetic crumbs-gathering device,which,as a set,forms the corresponding salvage technology.Besides,through the implementation,the well-repairing period has been shortened,the production timeliness has been improved and employee’s labor intensity has been reduced,further more,a good economic benefit and social benefit has been achieved.
