摘要
液位传感器检测水池水塔中液位高度,将信息输送到PLC中,PLC输出点控制线圈得失电情况,来控制电机抽水与否。当水塔的水位低于液位下限时,液位传感器S3闭合,水塔处于缺水状态,此时只有当水池水位高于下限开关S1时水泵电机才开始启动抽水。几秒过后,当水塔的水位高于水塔下限液位开关S3时,水塔下限指示灯灭,此时如果水池水位仍高于水池下限开关S1时,水泵电机继续抽水。当水塔水位高于上限液位开关S4处时,水池上限指示灯a4亮,此时PLC控制交流接触器线圈失电,水泵电机停止抽水。
The height of liquid level of liquid level sensor liquid detection tank and tower,the message can be transmitted to the PLC,PLC output control coil and electricity,to control the motor pumped or not.When the water level of a water tower liquid level lower than the lower limit,the liquid level sensor S3is closed,water tower in a dry state,at this time only when the pool water level is higher than the lower limit switch S1when the pump motor started pumping.A few seconds later,when the water level is higher than the lower level tower tower tower limit switch S3,the light is off,if the water level of the water tank is still higher than the lower limit switch S1,continue pumping water pump motor.When the water level is higher than the upper level switch S4,a4light tank cap,the PLC control AC contactor coil power,the pump motor to stop pumping.
