原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的硒

摘要 硒是人类必需的微量元素,但当硒的含量超过安全阀值时,又具有细胞毒性。人体摄入硒主要通过一些含硒食物或功能性食品补充剂,而天然食物中的硒主要来源于对土壤中硒的富集。本文建立了原子吸收光谱测定土壤中的硒含量的方法,并用该方法检测了本公司附近2份表层土壤样品。 Selenium is the essential trace element for human,however,when its content exceeds the relief valve value,it has the cytotoxicity.Human’s intake of selenium is mainly through some food or functional food supplements,and the selenium in the natural food mainly comes from the concentration of selenium in the soil.This paper has build the atomic absorption spectrometry method to measure the selenium content in soil,besides,it has used this method to test2pieces of surface soil samples near our company.
