摘要
本文借助行为科学、以及心理学等方面的研究成果,详细探讨了在企业中采取不同的激励措施,对员工行为所产生的影响。然后结合我国知识型员工的基本特点,对我国企业针对知识型员工所采取的一些激励措施做了全面的研究,以供参考。
This paper takes details discussion of the influence of adopting different incentive measures on the employee’s behavior with the help of behavioral science and psychology research achievement.Besides,combined with the basic characteristics of China’s knowledge-based employee,it takes a comprehensive research of the incentive measures adopted by China’s enterprises for knowledge-based employee so that to provide reference for others.
