探讨神东浅埋薄基岩煤层合理采高的选择

摘要 浅埋薄基岩煤层的合理采高工作需要通过严密的理论计算和数值模拟的方法,因此,为了确定神东矿区浅埋薄基岩煤层工作面的合理采高,特对浅埋深、煤厚为3.5米的试验工作面进行不同采高的工作分析。结果表明,对浅埋基岩煤层采高较小时,顶板容易发生滑落失稳问题;对浅埋薄基岩煤层采高越大,顶板失稳的回转角也就越大。随着采高的增加,冒落带和裂隙带也随之向上扩张,当基岩破断后,就容易使上覆松散砂土层的稳定度下降,从而引发压架事故。以下是对浅埋薄基岩煤层合理采高选择的详细分析。 The reasonable mining height work of shallow-buried thin bedrock coal bed needs mathematic theoretical calculation and numerical modeling method,therefore,in order to determine the reasonable height of the shallow-buried thin bedrock coal bed working face in Shendong mine district,it particularly has taken analysis of the different mining height of experimental working faces with3.5meter’s shallow-buried depth and coal thickness.The results have showed that when the mining height of shallow-buried bedrock coal bed is smaller,the roof will be easy to have the sliding down and instability problems.The bigger of the mining height,the bigger of the roof instability rotating angle will be.Along with the increase of mining height,the caving zone and fractured zone will also expand upward and when the bedrock breaks,it is easy to decrease the stability of upper loose sand-soil layer and then cause the support crushing accidents.The following is the detail analysis of the reasonable mining height selection of shallow-buried thin bedrock coal bed.
