摘要
根据采空区遗煤自燃升温的阶段性特征,以定容反应器为模型,借助数值模拟软件CHEMKIN模拟煤自燃缓慢氧化、加速氧化和激烈氧化3个阶段瓦斯爆炸前后反应时间、压力及中间产物的变化情况,从微观机理层面对煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸的耦合关系进行了研究。数值计算结果显示,煤自燃缓慢氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现为抑制作用;加速氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现为促进作用;激烈氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现为略微促进作用。
In this paper,research was carried out on the coupling relationship between the spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in the gob from the microscopic mechanism level according to the stage characteristics of the temperature rise process caused by the residual coal spontaneous combustion in the gob,by taking the constant-volume reactor as the model and by using the numerical simulation software CHEMKIN to simulate the change of the reaction time,pressure and intermediate product before and after the gas explosion at three stages of slow oxidation,accelerating oxidation and violent oxidation.The numerical calculation results showed that the gas explosion was inhibited at the slow oxidation stage;the gas explosion was promoted at the accelerating oxidation stage;and the gas explosion was slightly promoted at the violent oxidation stage.
