重用紫草治疗高水平血β-hCG异位妊娠疗效观察

Reuse of Shikonin in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy with High Level of Serum-hCG

目的:研究重用紫草的活血杀胚方与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)和米非司酮联合保守治疗高水平血β-h CG异位妊娠的疗效。方法:选取湖北省中医院2014年6月至2016年9月收治的血β-h CG≥2000m IU/m L异位妊娠患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机原则,分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组患者肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤、口服米非司酮治疗,观察组患者在上述基础上加用重用紫草的活血杀胚方中药口服治疗。观察两组异位妊娠患者1个疗程治愈、2个疗程治愈、阴道出血时间、血β-h CG转阴时间、平均住院时间、包块消失时间。结果:结果表明,在1个疗程治愈、2个疗程治愈、血β-h CG转阴时间、平均住院时间、包块消失时间方面,观察组患者的数据,与对照组患者比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义,药物不良反应发生率方面,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:重用紫草的活血杀胚方与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)和米非司酮联合保守治疗高水平血β-h CG异位妊娠,缩短血β-h CG转阴时间、平均住院时间、包块消失时间方面均有明显作用,且不增加药物不良反应。

Objective:To study the effect of shikonin combined treatment with MTX and mifepristone for high blood level of beta-hCG ectopicpregnancy.Methods:72ectopic pregnancy patients with blood beta-hCG≥2000mIU/mL in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospitalfrom June2014to September2016were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with36cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with intramuscular injection of methotrexate and oral mifepristone.The observation group was treated withoral administration of the Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and killing embryo.Vaginal bleeding time,blood beta-hCG negativetime,the average length of stay in hospital,the disappearance time of lump in the two groups of patients with ectopic pregnancy were observed inthe course of the treatment.Results:The results showed that in the first and second courses of treatment,serum-hCG negative time and averagehospitalization time,mass disappearance time,the patients in the observation group were significantly different compared with control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions showed no difference.Conclusion:Reuse of shikonin with methotrexate(MTX)and mifepristone incombination treatment for high blood levels of beta-hCG ectopic pregnancy,can reduce blood beta-hCG clearance time,average hospitalizationtime,and mass disappearance time,but with no difference in adverse drug reactions.
