探讨华蟾素胶囊治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Hua Chan Vegetarian Capsules in the Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的:研究华蟾素胶囊治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:回顾相关资料,选取抚州市临川区第一人民医院内三科2013年8月至2016年2月收治的恶性肿瘤患者60例,根据治疗方法不同随机分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组患者进行常规西医进行镇痛治疗,实验组患者在西医基础上加用中医治疗,对比各小组患者的治疗效果、焦虑抑郁评分、不良反应的发生率以及患者疼痛程度评分。结果:经不同的治疗方式后,患者的临床效果各不相同,其中实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.6%,高于对照组患者治疗总有效率73.3%,两组进行比较,差异较显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且实验组患者焦虑抑郁评分以及疼痛评分均低于对照组,实验组患者不良反应的发生率低于对照组,对比各组患者间的数据结果,发现存在较大的差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用华蟾素胶囊治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效较好,减轻了患者疼痛,缓解了患者焦虑抑郁的不良情绪,降低了不良反应的发生率,提高了患者的生活质量,值得患者信赖和在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of cinobufotalin capsule in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods:60patients with malignanttumor admitted in our hospital from August2013to February2016were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Accordingto the different treatment methods,30patients were randomly divided into control group and conventional treatment group.The control group wastreated with Western medicine,while the observation group on the basis of Western medicine,also treated with Chinese medicine treatment.Thenthe anxiety and depression score,the incidence of adverse reactions and pain scores of patients were compared.Results:After different treatment,thetotal effective rate of the treatment group was96.6%,73.3%higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression and the painscore of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lowerthan that in the control group,and the results of the comparison among the groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huachansucapsule is effective in the treatment of cancer pain,which relieves the pain of patients,relieves the bad mood of anxiety and depression,reduces theincidence of adverse reactions,improves the quality of life of patients,thus,it is worthy of trust and trust in the clinical application.
