摘要
通过运用不可压缩流体控制方程和RNGk-E湍流模型,建立了湿式离合器油路的三维模型,借助ANSYSWorkbench有限元分析软件软件,分析了湿式离合器接合过程中流场分布规律。研究结果为湿式多片离合器的优化设计和离合器的散热提供了参考。
Based on governing equations of incompressible fluid and the RNGk-Eturbulence hy-drodynamic model,the threedimensionalfluid models of oil flow channel of Friction Plate in Wet clutch were established.using ANSYS workbench finite elementsoftware,Convection field of the friction plate are simulated.The research results provide a reference for the optimization design ofwet multi disc clutch and the establishment of the clutch therm al management system.
