摘要文章从全寿命周期角度出发,对风电PPP项目宏观和建设各阶段风险进行识别,并基于大数据可视性分析指导思想,结合风险识别的流程,利用Visual Fox Pro数据库软件给出拟建数据库的人机交互界面并对数据库的运用作了详细介绍。风险识别数据库的建立,实现了项目风险的有效管理和交互使用,解决了PPP模式下不确定性因素较多,风险管理复杂且困难的难题。
