摘要
目的:探讨下位胸椎关节旋转移位与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法:检查125例下位胸椎关节旋转移位患者胸椎旋转角度,检测血糖、糖耐量及胰岛素并进行直线相关与回归分析、治疗前后分析,与125例健康查体者的胸椎旋转角度及血糖进行对比分析。结果:与健康查体组对比下位胸椎关节旋转移位患者胸7与胸10旋转角度增大(P<0.002),2型糖尿病患病率为33.6%(P<0.01)。下位胸椎关节旋转移位患者治疗前与治疗后对比,胸7与胸10旋转角度减小(P<0.002),下位胸椎旋转移位与血糖正相关(r=0.9323,P<0.001)、糖耐量正相关(r=0.9469,P<0.001),与胰岛素负相关(r=-0.8946,P<0.01),手法复位治疗后血糖降低、胰岛素水平升高(P<0.01)。结论:胸7与胸10椎体关节旋转移位影响胰岛素水平及糖代谢,与2型糖尿病密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between rotational displacement of the lower thoracic rotation and type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:The thoracic rotation angles of125patients were examined;blood glucose,glucose tolerance and insulin were analyzed by linear correlation and regression,and compared with those in125health volunteers.Results:There was obviously statistical differences in rotation degree of T7and T10between healthy volunteers and lower thoracic rotation(P<0.002).The incidence of type2diabetes was33.6%(P<0.01).After treatment,the rotation degree of T7and T10were smaller(P<0.002).There was a positive correlation between the angle of lower thoracic rotation and blood glucose(r=0.9323,P<0.001),glucose tolerance(r=0.9469,P<0.001).There was a significant negative correlation between the insulin level and the angle of lower thoracic rotation(r=-0.8946,P<0.01).After manipulative reduction,the level of blood glucose was decreased;the level of insulin was increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The insulin level and glucose metabolism be affected by the vertebral rotation of T7and T10.The type2diabetes mellitus has relation with the lower thoracic rotation.
