硫辛酸联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨硫辛酸联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床效果,以期丰富治疗方法,提高疗效。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年3月88例糖尿病末梢神经病变患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,均予硫辛酸,对照组44例,加用甲钴胺针治疗,观察组44例,加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗,观察相关指标的差异性。结果:对照组显效率为27.27%,总有效率为77.27%,观察组显效率为45.45%,总有效率为88.63%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标全血粘度(含高切和低切)、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间和正中神经、腓神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度以及VAS评分较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);而在空腹血糖方面,两组治疗后比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变效果确切。 Objective:To investigate clinical effects of lipoic acid plus monosialohexoside ganglioside sodium on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in order to enrich therapies and improve efficacy.Methods:88patients from March2011to March2013were selected and divided into two groups;both received lipoic acid;44cases in the control group received methylcobalamin injection more;44cases in the observation group were given monosialohexoside ganglioside sodium.The differences of related indicators were observed.Results:In the control group,the efficacy was27.27%,and the total efficiency was77.27%.In the observation group,the efficacy was45.45%,the totale fficiency was88.63%;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood flow variable indexes such as whole blood viscosity(including high shear and low shear),plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis time,conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal,sensory nerve conduction velocity and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);and after treatment,the difference of fasting blood glucose was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lipoic acidplus monosialohexoside ganglioside sodium on diabetic peripheral neuropathy showed exact effects.
