通腑逐瘀法对肝硬化患者血浆内毒素及炎症指标的影响

An effect of the Tongfu Zhuyu prescription on plasma endotoxin and inflammation indexes in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的:分析通腑逐瘀法对肝硬化患者血浆内毒素及炎症指标的影响。方法:随机将我院收治的肝硬化患者70例分为两个组别,其中35例经通腑逐瘀法治疗患者作为观察组,另35例经乳果糖口服液治疗患者作为对照组,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后,与治疗前相比,血浆内毒素、TNF-α水平明显降低,IL-2水平明显增加,P<0.05。两组治疗后比较,P>0.05。结论:对肝硬化患者采取通腑逐瘀法治疗能降低患者血浆内毒素,减轻患者炎症水平,效果显著。

Objective:To study effects of the Tongfu Zhuyu prescription on plasma endotoxin and inflammation indexes in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:70patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.35patients in the observation group were treated with the Tongfu Zhuyu prescription;35cases in the control group were treated with lactulose.The efficacy in groups was compared.Results:The levels of plasma endotoxin,TNF-αand IL-2in groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between groups was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:The Tongfu Zhuyu prescription on liver cirrhosis can reduce plasma endotoxin and the level of inflammation,shows a significant effect.
