益肾汤治疗早期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响

Clinical effect of the Yishen decoction on early chronic renal failure

目的:探讨益肾汤治疗早期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响。方法:选择我院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者75例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将患者随机分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38),对照组患者采用肾衰宁胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用益肾汤治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和相关指标变化情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肾功能指标BUN、Scr、Ccr改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭采用益肾汤治疗,临床疗效较好,能够帮助患者改善肾功能状况,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the Yishen decoction on early chronic renal failure,and the influence on related indexes.Methods:75patients with CRF were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and observation group(n=38).The control group took the Shenshuai Ning capsule;the observation group took the Yishen decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of renal function indexes such as BUN,Scr and Ccr inthe observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For chronic renal failure,the Yishen decoction is effective and can improve the renal function.
