参芪四物汤治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛32例疗效观察

Observation on treating 32 cases of stable angina pectoris from CHD with the Shenqi Siwu decoction

目的:观察参芪四物汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将62例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组32例。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、β-受体阻滞剂、硝酸脂类制剂以及他汀类药物口服。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪四物汤治疗。2周为一个疗程,两组治疗2个疗程。观察比较两组心绞痛症状总有效率以及心电图疗效。结果:治疗组冠心病稳定性心绞痛症状疗效总有效率为87.5%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为78.1%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪四物汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe efficacy of the Shenqi Siwu decoction on stable angina pectoris from CHD of the Qixu Xueyu type.Methods:62patients were randomly divided into the control group(30casers)and treatment group(32cases).The control group was given antiplatelet medicine,β-blockers,nitric oxide preparations and statins orally.The treatment group was treated with the Shenqi Siwu decoction,2weeks as a course,for2courses.The total efficiency of symptom and ECG were observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency of symptom was87.5%in the treatment group,and76.7%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficiency of ECG was78.1%in the treatment group,and66.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenqi Siwu decoction is effective on stable angina pectoris from CHD of the Qixu Xueyu type,and is worthy of application.
