血府逐瘀汤加减治疗胸痹患者41例疗效观察

Treating 41 cases of chest obstruction with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:观察胸痹患者口服血府逐瘀汤方剂加减治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年12月以"胸痹"为中医诊断我院心病科收住的患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组41例辨证给予血府逐瘀汤方剂加减口服治疗;对照组41例给予复方丹参片口服治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.6%,明显优于对照组的总有效率75.6%(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤方剂加减应用于胸痹患者有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:Curative effects of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on chest obstruction were observed.Methods:82cases of chest obstruction from January2013to December2015in cardiology department of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and control group;41cases in the observation group were given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction based on differential treatment.In the control group,41patients were treated with the Fufang Danshen tablet orally.The curative effects in groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was92.6%,which was significantly better than75.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction showed significant effects on chest obstruction,and is worthy of clinical application.
