摘要
目的:分析补阳还五汤治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法:选取我院在2012年12月-2015年3月收治的脑血栓患者60例,并将其随机分为两组。对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者采用补阳还五汤治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的纤维蛋白原、全血黏度及红细胞压积指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗脑血栓具有良好的临床效果。
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral thrombosis.Methods:From December2012to March2015,60patients were divided into2groups.The control group was given the western medicine;and the observation group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction.Results:After treatment,fibrinogen,whole blood viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral thrombosis shows a good effect.
