大成汤加减内服联合中药外敷对胸腰椎骨折的效果分析

An effective analysis of treating thoracolumbar fractures with the Dache decoction plus external TCM application

目的:分析大成汤联合中药外敷对胸腰椎骨折患者的治疗效果和并发症发生情况。方法:选取我院2014年2月-2015年12月收治的胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各18例;治疗组给予大成汤加减内服,外敷自制中药药膏;对照组给予血塞通注射液静滴联合云南白药喷雾剂外用。结果:治疗组的总有效率为94.44%(17/18),明显高于对照组的总有效率77.78%(14/18),治疗组和对照组的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗1~2个疗程,平均疗程(1.3±0.4)个,明显优于对照组患者的1~4个疗程,平均疗程(2.2±0.5)个,治疗组和对照组的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大成汤加减内服联合中药外敷具有通络止痛的疗效,能够提高治疗效果,缩短疗程,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect and complications of the Dacheng decoction plus external application of TCM medicine on thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods:36cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,18cases in each group.The treatment group received the Dacheng decoction and self-made TCM cream.The control group was given the Xuesaitong injection plus the Yunnan Baiyao sprays.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was94.44%(17/18),and was significantly higher than77.78%in the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was treated for1to2courses,the average course was(1.3±0.4),which was significantly better than that in the control group[1to4courses,(2.2±0.5)].The differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dacheng decoction plus external application of TCM showed clinical effects of Tongluo Zhitong,can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the course of treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
