小柴胡汤联合西药治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效评价

Effective evaluation on treating primary bile reflux gastritis with the Xiaochaihu decoction plus western medicine

目的:比较小柴胡汤联合西药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的有效性。方法:选取70例原发胆汁反流性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片、铝碳酸镁片,配合小柴胡汤加减方治疗,对照组单用西药治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.4%和80.0%。结论:小柴胡汤联合西药治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎可起到协同作用,从而提高治疗效果,且无明显不良反应。

Objective:To compare the effectiveness of the Xiaochaihu decoction plus western medicine for treating primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods:70cases of primary bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into2groups;The observation group was treated with western medicine and the Xiaochaihu decoction.The control group only received western medicine.Clinical effects in groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group and the control group were91.4%and80.0%respectively.Conclusion:The Xiaochaihu decoction combined with western medicine on primary bile reflux gastritis showed a synergistic effect,so as to improve clinical efficacy,and no obvious adverse reaction.
