血府逐瘀汤治疗胸痹心痛128例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 128 cases of chest blockage and heart pain with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:探讨分析血府逐瘀汤在胸痹心痛中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2015年3月收住我院的胸痹心痛患者128例,依据住院单双号随机分为研究组(n=60)与对照组(n=68),两组患者入院后均给予抗凝、扩张血管等常规内科治疗,在此基础上,研究组患者给予血府逐瘀汤口服。比较两组患者临床治疗效果,并参照抑郁和焦虑评分量表(SDS、SAS)评定两组患者的心理状态。结果:研究组显效25例,有效31例,总有效率为93.3%(56/60)。对照组显效19例,有效30例,总有效率为72.1%(49/68),研究组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可有效提高胸痹心痛临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on chest blockage and heart pain.Methods:128cases admitted to our hospital from March2013to March2015were randomly divided into the study group(n=60)and control group(n=68).All the patients were given anticoagulation,dilation of blood vessels and other conventional medical treatment after admission;and the study group was given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.The therapeutic effects in groups were compared,and the psychological state of patients in groups was evaluated by SDS and SAS.Results:In the study group,25cases were obviously effective;31cases were effective;the total efficiency was93.3%(56/60).In the control group,19cases were significantly effective;31cases were effective;the total efficiency was72.1%(49/68).The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).SAS andSDS scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can improve clinical efficacy and life quality of patients.
